Privacy

We never sell, share, or hand your personal information to anyone. Not to venues, not to sponsors, not to anybody. Venues can pay us to deliver an offer to players — but we deliver it, and the venue never sees who received it. Your name and email never leave CueLibre. We may rent our audience; we never rent our list.

A username— your public identity everywhere on CueLibre. Pick something that isn't your real name; we even suggest random ones.

Your email address — the key to your account. Signing in works by emailed one-tap links, so there are no passwords to remember and none for anyone to steal. Your email is never shown to other players, venues, or anyone else.

Your games — which tables you played, results you and your opponents confirmed, and the stats that follow (wins, streaks, leaderboard placement). Results are public under your username; that is what a leaderboard is.

For home tables: your town only, and only if you choose to list the table publicly. We never collect a street address for a home game, so there is no street address to leak.

We do not ask for your phone number.

Venues can ask us to deliver offers (a drink special on a slow night, that kind of thing) to players who have played there. This is off by default. If you never touch the switch in Settings, you never get an offer, and playing works exactly the same either way — the line never depends on saying yes to marketing.

If you do opt in: offers are capped in frequency, every one identifies who it's from, and every one carries a working opt-out that we honour. The venue never learns your email — they give us the offer, we deliver it.

If you arrive through a partner's link or a printed code, we set one first-party cookie recording the code you arrived with, so the person who introduced you gets credit. It lasts 90 days, it contains no personal information, and we don't use it to track your browsing. There are no third-party trackers and no ad scripts on CueLibre.

Your sign-in session is stored on your own device. Signing out removes it.

CueLibre is part of the PlebMoe ecosystem. If you choose to manage your cross-site profile from CueLibre's Connections page, we look your profile up at plebmoe.com using your email address — that happens only when you use the feature, and the data lives at plebmoe.com under its own policy.

Close your account in Settings any time. We scrub your identity — username, email, everything that says who you are — while past game results survive de-identified, so your old opponents' records still add up.
