Terms

CueLibre runs the line at pool tables: scan, register, play, winner stays on. Using it means agreeing to the following — written to be read, not skimmed past.
Playing is free
CueLibre is free for players and for home tables, and staying in the line never requires accepting marketing. We make our money from venues — subscriptions and sponsorships — never from players.
Your money is yours — we never touch it
We bill the venue. We never touch the players' money — not the pot, not a cut, not escrow. That's a design decision, not a roadmap item. CueLibre holds no balances, moves no funds between players, and takes no percentage of anything players arrange among themselves. Anything of value that changes hands at the table is between the people at the table, under the laws that apply to them.
Your account
One account per person, keyed to your email. Sign-in links arrive by email and work once — guard your mailbox like the key it is. Usernames are public: don't impersonate people, venues, or staff, and keep it fit for a wall screen in a family room.
Fair play and conduct
Results count when both sides confirm them. Declaring wins you didn't earn, abandoning tables, or making the room worse for everyone can get you removed from a line, banned from a venue by its staff, or removed from public listings. Venues run their own rooms; CueLibre gives their staff the tools.
Home tables
Hosts run their own games and are responsible for who they invite and what happens in their space. Public home listings show a town only — never an address — and CueLibre may delist any listing that abuses the directory.
The service, honestly
CueLibre is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but a queue app is not a guarantee of a game: tables close, venues change hours, phones die mid-rack. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the service — which, for players, is nothing.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with them, and material changes get announced before they apply. Continuing to use CueLibre after that means the new terms.
