Delete or request your data

The quickest way is Settings. Close your account there and we scrub your identity straight away — username, email, everything that says who you are — while past results survive de-identified so your old opponents' records still add up.

Use the form below instead if you cannot sign in any more, if you want a copy of what we hold, or if you want something corrected. A human handles it either way.

What would you like us to do?

We can only act on an address you can receive mail at — our first reply is how we check.

What happens next

  1. You get a reference on this page. Keep it.
  2. A person emails the address you gave, to check it is yours. That reply is the only proof we ask for — we never want a password, an ID document, or for you to sign in anywhere.
  3. We do it, and email you when it is done. The deadline is 30 days from when the request arrives, and it is normally the same week.

What deletion covers

  • your username, email address and everything that identifies you
  • your messaging links, so nothing can reach you through Telegram, Discord or Slack again
  • your Radar handle and link, if you set one
  • your venue-offer setting, so no offer can be sent to you
  • a room or home table you listed, and the contact address on it

What survives, and why:

  • past game results, de-identified — a result belongs to both players, and deleting one side would rewrite the other's record
  • anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires
  • the email thread of your request, so we can show it was handled
